Chris joined the Leeds office of NLP in 2011. He has worked as a planning consultant in the Yorkshire region since 2000.
Chris has a background in development planning advice to national retailers, regional developers, pension funds and local authorities, across a variety of development sectors. Specialisms include retail and town centre regeneration development, as well as residential and public sector planning.
