Dave joined in 1997 and has led NLP input into securing permission for major housing, mixed-use and education projects including Kirkstall Forge, Durham University Gateway, Darlington Central Park and Pyrex Sunderland. He has presented expert evidence at successful appeal and call-in inquiries including the former Cape Asbestos site in Durham.
