Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners (NLP) has been appointed by Canterbury City Council to prepare a study assessing the requirements for housing and economic development in the district over the period to 2031.
The study will generate and consider the implications of various options and provide an evidence base from which the Council can determine its development requirements in its Core Strategy.
We are delighted to have been asked to work with the City Council on this important study, and look forward to applying our expertise in housing requirements, employment land and infrastructure assessment to the unique circumstances of Canterbury.
The NLP work will drawn upon its HEaDROOM and WORKspace methodologies that between them have been applied in over fifty different local authority areas since May 2010.
