NLP has won a tender to undertake a three-part housing study on behalf of Exmoor National Park Authority.
The Study will require NLP to complete:
- A HEaDROOM review of future housing requirements in Exmoor,
- A review of affordable housing need in the National Park, and
- A viability study for the delivery of new build affordable housing.
This Study will form an important element of the Authority's evidence-base, in anticipation of the forthcoming Core Strategy Examination.
NLP has previously completed an Employment Land Review for the Authority and is currently undertaking a viability study for the delivery of conversion affordable housing.
This recent appointment completes a hat-trick of NLP appointments by Exmoor National Park Authority and builds upon NLP's experience in applying HEaDROOM to a National Park context
