Members of NLP’s Manchester Office have been given an exclusive tour of The Co-operative Group’s new head office building, which is currently under construction, between Manchester's Victoria Station and the Northern Quarter area of the city centre.
NLP previously prepared and co-ordinated an ES to accompany the planning application for the development of the 16 storey head office building comprising approximately 45,308 sq m together with new public realm and highway works. The new building was designed by 3DReid Architects and will achieve an 'Outstanding' BREEAM Rating.
Completion of the building is currently timetabled for Autumn 2012.
