NLP Associate Director, Simon Coop, will be speaking at the Planning for Housing Summit this Friday in Bristol.
This year’s summit is being organised by the South West Housing Initiative, hosted by Clarke Willmott and sponsored by NLP. The summit will feature high profile speakers including John Howell MP who is Parliamentary Private Secretary to Greg Clark and the author of 'Open Source', the pre-election Green Paper on Planning. Key professionals from the HCA, Redrow Homes and Clarke Willmott will speak on the key issues affecting housing delivery and the planning system.
The summit provides a great opportunity to think through the on-going housing crisis and to discuss how we might respond in the South West. I will consider how the planning system can support economic growth by meeting needs for housing and other forms of development; attracting investment and improving confidence; and by creating jobs and stimulating expenditure.
