NLP has secured outline planning permission for a new Medium Term Development Plan (MTDP) at THORPE PARK. The Plan establishes a framework for new development at the Park during the period 2010-2016 and was accompanied by an Environmental Statement that was co-ordinated by NLP.
The MTDP includes the provision of two new roller coasters, five new medium scale rides and up to 5,000sqm of new building floorspace.
In addition to the MTDP NLP has also secured detailed planning permission for an exciting and unique new rollercoaster at THORPE PARK. The ride, which rises to approximately 40 metres in height will be located on one of the new development islands that has been created at the Park and will open in 2012.
