Following a successful recent community consultation exercise, NLP is preparing a planning application on behalf of Muse developments for up to 130 dwellings on the site of a former landmark civil service building in Washington. The proposals provide a fantastic opportunity to regenerate land that has lain derelict for almost 10 years.
NLP’s graphics team extended their e-consultation offer for the scheme with additional publicity and have created a website with an online questionnaire to give people a further chance to have their say on the development and to keep them up-to-date and to help refine the proposals.
Residents have shown overwhelming support for the scheme and confirmed the need for modern family housing, bungalows and starter homes.
