NLP obtained planning permission to replace a 22 storey office tower with a flagship mixed use development.
The application proposal comprised the demolition of the former Barclays Bank building on the site of a Roman Forum basilica complex and located adjacent to the Grade II listed Leadenhall Market.
NLP prepared the planning application and negotiated with the Corporation of London to secure planning permission for the replacement mixed use flagship retail store and office building.
