NLP provides planning advice to Dixons Retail Plc, including the preparation of planning applications in association with the retailers’ new store formats.
Following Dixons ‘roll out’ of their ‘2 in 1’ and megastore formats, NLP prepared a number of planning applications for new retail floorspace within existing stores across North West England. Our input included the preparation of Retail Impact Assessments which addressed the requirements of national and local planning policy.
