NLP was commissioned by Gateshead Council to undertake an integrated Employment Land Review, Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment and Office Capacity Study.
Role of GIS
NLP used Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in assessing potential development sites. This enabled the identification of a responsive portfolio of sites for new employment development and a range of sustainable and deliverable housing sites.
