NLP secured permission for an office-led mixed use scheme on a sensitive riverside site at Hammersmith.
The development comprises 48,390sq.m of office space, along with a water sports facility, exhibition space/theatre, residential accommodation and food and drink uses
NLP co-ordinated the Environmental Impact Assessment to accompany the planning application which addressed a number of issues including archaeology, the enhancement of the Thames Path and protection of the ecological value of the site.
