A daylight and sunlight assessment was prepared in support of an application for the mixed use redevelopment of this constrained site flanking Hampton Court Station in Elmbridge.
The assessment considered the effects of the proposed development on 84 windows serving neighbouring properties and the levels of natural light that would be received by 185 main rooms and bedrooms within the proposed residential units. It also analysed the levels of overshadowing of existing and proposed amenity space and the River Thames.
