NLP was instructed by Birmingham City Council to provide advice on the Lozells and Soho Hill Conservation Area in the city.
Our role included undertaking a character appraisal of the conservation area and producing a Management Plan and Design Guide in order to provide clear guidance on appropriate development in the area.
Associated with this work, NLP has also completed ‘Characterisation Study’ of the wider South Lozells area.
The end result was a suite of high quality documents for the Lozells area that are focused, easy to read and colourfully illustrated with images and photographs.
