The Ponteland Regeneraton Steering Group commissioned NLP to develop a Regeneration Strategy for the Village Centre which would inform an Area Action Plan.
The challenge for NLP was to develop a range of options that are financially viable as well as securing stakeholder/community support.
The project involved baseline assessment work, extensive community, business and stakeholder consultation and the development of a wide range of options, before producing a Final Strategy.
