Rifle Street, Bromley by Bow

We prepared a daylight and sunlight assessment in relation to this major residential-led mixed use development comprising 122 units and commercial floorspace. NLP also provided planning consultancy inputs on the project. Planning permission was granted in 2007 and the scheme has since been constructed. 

Following completion of the development, NLP provided daylight and sunlight advice on the conversion of approved commercial floorspace to provide additional residential units. We provided detailed guidance during the design process to ensure the layout, configuration and window arrangements of the additional flats allowed daylight and sunlight levels to be maximised.

Planning permission was granted for the conversion of the commercial space to residential use in 2010.
