NLP prepared a Retail and Town Centres Study to inform Rochdale Council’s Local Development Framework.
The study provided an update to the Council’s previous retail work whilst also assessing the provision of arts and cultural facilities in the borough.
NLP also advised Rochdale Development Agency and its preferred development partner on the Rochdale East town centre extension.
