NLP advises North East Property Partnership in relation to their development programme at Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead. On behalf of the Partnership NLP has obtained various planning permissions for new industrial and business developments on the Estate as well as new permissions for vocational educational uses as part of Gateshead College’s expansion programme.
In obtaining the planning permissions NLP prepared the necessary Planning, Economic and Sustainability Statements as well and project managing the associated professional project teams. NLP also undertook full liaison with the Local Planning Authority both before and during the planning application process.
