NLP advises North East Property Partnership in relation to their strategic investment and development programme for the Estate in addition to preparing and submitting planning applications for major new business and industrial developments.
Most recently NLP obtained outline planning permission for upto 39,000m2 of new business and industrial accommodation with the potential to create upto 500 new jobs.
NLP also obtained planning permission, both through the appeal procedure and via a planning application, to extend the time period for implementation of an extant planning permission, for major infrastructure improvements on the estate.
