NLP has produced a masterplan for continued development at Wynyard, Stockton. This builds on Wynyard’s success in attracting and retaining entrepreneurs and business leaders within the North East region, whilst also protecting the Grade II* Listed Hall and Grade II* Registered Historic Park and Garden.
The masterplan, which is being pursued through discussions with Stockton and Hartlepool Borough Councils, presents an exciting vision for a cohesive, thriving and successful community. Combined, the masterplan provides for the construction of new homes, a village school, community sports facilities, local shops and public transport.
Continued development of Wynyard will deliver the regional vision with residents enjoying a high quality of life in a vibrant, self reliant community, set within a healthy environment linked to employment.
